I can't believe this was me about 2 years ago....I remember being on my weight loss journey and thinking I needed to lose another 15 pounds.
Talk about being delusional. I am working towards this shape again and I know I can get there. It's not about the number on the scale, it's about feeling comfortable in my own skin - especially since having kids has totally changed my body...and let's not forget how wonderful gravity is after you hit 30...and how it f's you up again at 35! #effinghormones #gravitycansuckit
Still working hard at it with 21 Day Fix (almost half way done)....and I know I'll reach this goal soon, even if it takes a couple more rounds of 21 Day Fix, or a few 30 day fitness challenges plus eating healthy and watching my portions!
