End of Summer Slim Down Challenge: 21 Day Fix Style!



OK guys, starting on August 15, I'll be doing one more round of 21 Day Fix to finish the summer strong before I get Fit for Fall with my September Country Heat Group Challenge (details on that to follow).

  1. Awesome. I've been working on getting in shape and eating healthy for over a year now. It's hard work, but totally worth it.

    1. Hi Shann thanks for commenting. Yes it's hard work but definitely worth it I agree! This time I don't foresee myself falling off the wagon, quitting isn't an option, I really am determined to make fitness part of my daily routine so I can shed these pounds for good!

  2. I've done Yoga, Booty, Ballet from Beachbody, but never the 21 Day Fix. I've heard good things!

    1. Emily - 21 Day Fix is so good, I am a Jillian Michael's fan and I didn't think I would like another trainer but Autumn Calabrese is great...her workouts are challenging but not impossible which I love!
