Getting my supplements on this weekend...missing from the photo: B-12 supplement bottle.
I've never been really good about taking any vitamins or supplements consistently but since I'm really committed to get healthy this year I've decided to try harder.
Here's what I'm currently starting with:
- Omega 3 Fish Oils for my heart and skin and IBS
- B-12 to give me some energy (having kids who wake up during the night and at 5 am is not fun when you also have to work full time!)
- Biotin for hair, skin and nails
- Odourless Garlic to help keep my immune system strong, I am so sick of getting sick!
